Q & A
About treatment and insurance
Q: I am going to see a doctor for the first time, what should I bring?
A: Please bring various health insurance cards. There is nothing else in particular, so please feel free to drop by.
Q: Can I have a medical examination without making a reservation?
A: Yes. You can have a medical examination without reservation. However, we give priority to those who make a reservation.
It is fine even on the day, so we recommend you to make a reservation by phone.
Q: Can I use health insurance?
A: You can use it. However, there are restrictions on the insurance that can be used at the osteopathic clinic. Basically, health insurance is applicable for treatment of injuries. At the time of the interview, we will ask you about your physical condition, but please be assured that you will be asked if you are covered by insurance and will be satisfied before starting the procedure.
Q: How long is the treatment time?
A: It takes about 30 minutes depending on the symptoms.
If you also use acupuncture and moxibustion treatment (1,300 yen separately), please allow about 40 minutes in total.
About visiting rehabilitation
Q: How much is the treatment fee?
A: The treatment fee is 130 yen to 563 yen (when the burden is 10%), although it depends on the "distance between our hospital and the destination" and "the condition of the user". Of course, no additional transportation costs are required. Please be assured that we will tell you the amount clearly before performing the treatment.
Q: Do you need transportation expenses and extra money?
A: Transportation costs are included in the treatment costs. I don't need any other money.
Q: How many days can I receive in a week?
A: It depends on the person, but I think it's a good idea to start at a pace of about twice a week. Of course, if you feel better, you can reduce it, and if it doesn't, you can increase it.
Q: What kind of person will perform the treatment?
A: The director, Yukio Tsuboi, will do it. We also have national qualifications. Please be assured.
Q: I am receiving day service and long-term care insurance, is that okay?
A: Yes, it's okay. Our hospital can use health insurance with the consent of the doctor.
It is possible to receive treatment without worrying about the frame of long-term care insurance
